      Welcome to the 30th Anja S. Greer Conference on Mathematics, Science and Technology being held June 22 - June 27, 2014 at Phillips Exeter Academy. If this is your first time to the conference, use our interactive map to get to know the campus. Registration is held at the Phelps Academy Center and classes are primarily in the Phelps Science Center or the Academy Center.  You can find your dorm by using the buiding filters.  Your conference "Welcome Letter" includes your dorm assignment.  Please note on the map, the dorms are listed as male or female.  The gender assignment of the dorms may change the week of the conference based on our needs.  
     Using the schedule below, you can build your individual schedule by clicking on the "star" of the sessions you will attend.  For your (2) weeklong courses, please refer to your "Welcome Letter" for courses listed by period.  
     Our Conference within a Conference (CWIC) sessions are included in this schedule.  During your free time, you can attend as many CWIC sessions as you’d like. You do not have to pre-register for CWIC sessions, these are open to all to attend.  Just "star" the sessions you are interested in attending. Your individual schedule will be created.  You can print it or push it to a mobile device.

Campus tours will leave from Phelps Science Center (Tan Lane) every 30 minutes starting at 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  A great way to learn the campus and cool details about the Academy.

Trolley Tour of the Seacoast Tour with Dinner in Portsmouth (Reservations Required)
We have partnered with the Seacoast Trolley Company  of Portsmouth, NH.  Come aboard a trolley for a narrated, fun-filled tour of the Seacoast.    We will leave campus at 5:00 p.m. and head North up the scenic roads along the coast.  We will complete our tour in Portsmouth, NH where you will be able to walk around and shop or grab dinner.  The trolley will leave Portsmouth at 9:00 p.m. and head back to campus.  Portsmouth, NH is a great harbor town is known for it's great bars, restaurants and shops.

Checkout / Dorm Key Drop / Fan Rental Returns

Dorm Checkout

(1) If you are staying in the dorm, put all linens and towels in the common room (typically found on the basement level).
(2) You must be out of your dorm by 10:00 a.m.
(3) Return your key (in the envelope provided) to the check out table in the Agora.
(4) Return any fans that were rented and receive your $10 deposit back. Drop fans in the Agora where you initially rented them.
(5) Bring your luggage to the Agora. We'll watch it until the buses are loaded.

General Conference Checkout
(1) Stop by the check out desk to pick up your check out folder. 
(2) This folder contains your clock hour letter for your school and certificate of completion.
(3) If you did not stay on campus, plan to stop by the check out desk prior to 11:45 to pick up your packet.

Buses depart Tan Lane at 1:00 sharp heading to Logan Airport (or South Station)
Board the bus for your terminal, buses will be marked.
Academy Shuttle (white van) loads on Tan Lane to head to Manchester Airport.
